SitePilot development privacy notice

FlowGenIQ SitePilot is operated by I Brain Robotics, Inc. This notice describes the current development preview.

Information the app processes

SitePilot uses Wix-verified installation, site and owner identifiers to authorize access and separate workspaces. It stores your business briefs, chat messages, generated website designs, version history, publication status, and usage counters. When you import an existing supported SitePilot website, it also stores the imported design and additional frontend files needed to preserve that website.

Wix authorization tokens are processed to verify requests and call Wix services. They are not saved in project records. Do not put passwords, API keys, health information, payment details or customer personal records into prompts or imported site files.

AI processing and service providers

To generate or revise a design, SitePilot sends your current request, website design and recent conversation context to OpenAI through its API. Review prompts before sending them. OpenAI processes this data under its applicable API terms and data policies. Render hosts the application and PostgreSQL project database in the United States. Wix provides identity, website hosting and business services.

Published storefront, blog, booking and form pages communicate with Wix services. Information submitted by visitors through those services is governed by the site owner's notices and Wix's applicable terms. SitePilot's design preview does not process card numbers; purchases use Wix checkout.

Use, retention and deletion

Stored information is used to deliver draft generation, conversation history, version restoration, publication verification, abuse limits and support. Project records currently remain stored until a verified deletion request is completed. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete its stored projects. Infrastructure backups may retain deleted information until their normal expiration.

To request access or deletion, contact contact@flowgeniq.org with the app name and Wix site ID. Ownership must be verified. Deleting SitePilot records does not delete a published Wix website, business records, orders or payments; manage those in Wix.

Security and browser storage

The app uses HTTPS and verified Wix identities. The dashboard does not set its own tracking cookies. Published business pages may use browser storage for Wix visitor sessions, carts and related services. Configure the site's visitor privacy and consent notices before launching a public website.
